To be eligible for a return:

  • You must record a clear unboxing video before opening the package. This video should clearly show the package condition, the product inside, and the defect or issue.

  • The video must be uninterrupted and unedited to ensure authenticity.

2. How to Request a Return

If your product meets the return criteria:

  1. Email the unboxing video to supporttccandy@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order ID, name, and a brief description of the issue.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business working days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products without a valid unboxing video.

  • Damage caused after delivery (e.g., mishandling or improper storage).

  • Customized or clearance sale items.

5. Shipping Costs

  • In case of approved returns due to defect or wrong product, we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other scenarios, return shipping charges are non-refundable and to be borne by the customer.
